In Summer, you can securely share any object with individuals or orgs both inside and outside of your team.
For simplicity throughout this doc, we’ll refer to internal shares, shares either with your org or individuals within your org, and external shares, shares with individuals or orgs outside of your org.
There are three levels of permissions you can grant internal shares: Viewer, Editor, and All. External shares can only be granted Viewer permissions.

Any user that is designated as an Org Admin for their org has All access to all objects within that org. Only the initial creator of the Summer org is automatically set as an Org Admin, you’ll need to contact the Summer team to change this or add others.
When sharing objects with your team you can grant access to:
Similar to internal shares, you can collaborate with individuals or orgs outside your own by sharing objects using either the email associated with their Summer account or their Summer Org ID.
To share with an entire external org, you’ll need their Org ID.
To find the Org ID, navigate to Settings > Organization. You will find the ID under General > Org ID. If you were the initial person to setup your org, this is the same Org ID you set when creating your account.
Once you have the ID, open the share settings for the object you want to share.
Users with the All permission can modify or revoke access at any time. Return to the share settings for the object:
